I spent the day with Angela and Mike and tried a last ditch effort to check their status. No go. They've planned a night on the town (and some hor d'oeurve snacking time with friends of Angela's).
So, while the Clubhouse is inexperienced with New Year's parties, we're going to try it out to see what happens.
8pm or afterwards, you know the scenario. I'll leave the tip jar/alcohol out again, we are set.
